Monday: This passage is when the passover was approaching. The teachers were looking for a way to get rid of Jesus. Judas, one of Jesus's twelve disciples, went to the priest and officers and discussed how they could betray Jesus.

Jesus told Peter and John to go prepare for them to eat the passover. They ate and had communion. The passover is the last supper before Jesus died on the cross. It was the last meal before Jesus suffered on the cross.
